This blog piece was repurposed from a vlog. Original ideas were generated by Janet, and I helped her to organize and revise her script, develop a CTA, and the lead magnet to accompany this blog. I included some visual wording to help the prospect understand the main idea of marginal gains. I restructured some of flow of ideas for the blog because in written form some of the ideas needed a few more connecting sentences. Although I typically try to stay with one idea, one call-to-action, and one audience, I felt like this piece needed an additional CTA mentioning the IMPACT Leadership Program because it facilitates incremental change over time, which is what the piece was referencing.
